The Optical Character Recognition process has not yet been completed. It takes some time to process images (between a few hundred milliseconds and a few seconds), and it just happened that you're faster than that (you won the game!). Just chill out for a few seconds and try again.
Reading the words off a picture is actually quite difficult for computers, so it takes some amount of time ranging from a few dozen milliseconds to up to 10 seconds in order to determine what a block of text actually says. Naptha kicks off the process the moment you begin selecting a block of text, and continues the process after you've copied it into the clipboard. When the text is finally successfully read off the image, it will substitute a flag inside your clipboard with the final, processed text. Odds are, that the process will finish some time between the time you first begin selecting text and when you actually paste it in somewhere.
